WHAT DOES 'FISHMONGER APPROVED' MEAN?

Fishmongers are seafood experts. A fishmonger knows best how to source, filet and distribute fish. An experienced fishmonger can easily identify quality seafood by look, taste and smell. As the former owner and fishmonger of the famous Maximo Seafood Shack in St Petersburg, Florida, Margaret Covello (AKA "The Fishmonger") knows her way around a fish market, fillet table and kitchen. When The Fishmonger says something is "Fishmonger Approved" it means that it has earned her seal of approval as a top quality product, restaurant, recipe or service and is considered the Best In Class!

If you've come here looking for delicious seafood, cooking tips or fillet lessons, you've come to the right place. Swim around and enjoy!
