February 21-23, 2020 sees the start of a new tradition in entertainment in the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area: the premiere of the Punta Gorda Seafood & Music Festival in downtown Punta Gorda. Festivities begin Friday evening 4pm-10pm, continue Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.

Enjoy delectable foods cooked fresh on site including seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes. Seafood dishes are prepared using indigenous and sustainable seafood from Florida’s coastal waters. Add to your main course with selections from a diverse menu of side dishes and choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
While enjoying your meal, sit back and relax to musical entertainment consisting of live on stage performances by creative and talented musicians from both the local and regional circuit. Performers on Friday are: the Billy Rice Band (country rock), Free Fallin’ (Tom Petty Tribute Band) and Fleetwood Max (Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band). Performances on Saturday are by: Bryan Spainhower (Musica Eclectica: fusion of flamenco, jazz, rock and country), RJ Howson (R&B, blues, rock), JP Soars & The Red Hots (soul, blues), Twinkle & Rock Soul Radio (rock, soul) and CeCe Teneal & Soul Kamotion (blues, soul, roots). On Sunday listen to live performances by: the West Coast Steel Pan Band (jazz, Caribbean), the Verge (classic rock, 70’s to present) and Reverend Barry & The Funk (funk, soul).
