Come share in the festivities of the 5th Annual Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival in Siesta Beach, FL. The event runs December 3-5, 2021 and is graciously hosted by Sarasota County with the Humane Society of Sarasota County (HSSC) a special guest.
The event begins Friday December 3 with hours noon-9pm and continues Saturday 11am-9pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Bring family and friends to enjoy fresh seafood and outstanding live musical performances. General admission is $5 with children age 12 and younger FREE.
This event will offer a variety of seafood, cooked fresh on site. Seafood dishes are prepared using fresh, local and sustainable ocean resources from the Florida Gulf Coast. Select from meat and vegetarian offerings and a diverse menu of side dishes and desserts. Alcoholic, non-alcoholic and fruit drinks are available.
While savoring your meal, relax to some of Florida’s top musical groups from genres such as R&B, blues, jazz, rock and Caribbean sounds. Performers in 2019 were the West Coast Steel Pan Band (jazz, Caribbean), the Verge (classic rock 70’s to present), the Billy Rice Band (country rock), Big Night Out (dance, rock, alternative), RJ Howson (R&B, blues, rock), JP Soars & The Red Hots (soul, blues), Nuthin’ Fancy (Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band), Fleetwood Max (Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band), The Whole Band featuring Callie Chappell (Americana, rock, variety), the Black Honkeys (rock, soul) and Kettle of Fish (rock, blues, reggae).
On the breaks between performances, enjoy shopping in a marketplace of fine arts, crafts, and select fine products and food items.
During the event, the Humane Society will have their “Big Mac” mobile adoption center onsite. Please call ahead (727-542-3000) to confirm hours the HSSC will be onsite. Take a few moments to stop by and say “Hi” to the dedicated staff and meet their extended family of friends awaiting adoption. Perhaps find a new companion while lending support to a wonderful and compassionate organization.
So much to see and do! We will lay the table, all you need do is come and partake in the feast!
