Shrimp and Spanish Mussels Pasta

Attention pasta and seafood lovers!! If you're looking for a quick, easy and flavorful meal for two (or more), this is the dish for you. Serve with wine, bread and candlelight for a romantic "Lady and the Tramp" moment.

Ingredients
 2 oz linguine or angel hair pasta, dry
 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 1 4 oz can organic Spanish mussels in olive oil and vinegar, drained (Matiz Espana brand recommended)
 ½ cup white onion, grated
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 ¼ cup white wine
 1 tsp Arrabbiata "Angry" Spice
 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Prepare pasta as instructed on box (with salted water).

Heat up medium sized skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil.

Sauté onions and garlic with seasoning in oil until translucent (approx 2 mins).

Add butter. Allow to melt.

Add wine and allow to heat back up.

Add shrimp. Stir. Then immediately add mussels. Mix well. Continue to cook until shrimp turns pink.

Place pasta in serving bowl. Pour shrimp and mussel blend on top. Mix well.

Sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
